Your numbers live in too many places.
I build the systems that connect them into one picture you can run the business on.
A growing business has a sales system, an accounting package, a stock sheet, a job board and a few WhatsApp groups. Each one holds a slice of the truth. Every week someone joins the slices by hand to make a report, and the people who have to decide are never quite sure the figure is current.
Mine control rooms have the same problem: the same data gets captured several times, reports disagree, and nobody is sure which number is true.

Someone exports, copies and reconciles by hand every week, and the report is out of date by the time it is read.

Sales, finance and operations each hold a version of the same number, and the meeting starts with an argument about which one is right.

Nobody can say where a figure came from or how old it is, so decisions wait, or get made on stale information.

How I can help
The work starts by finding where your information breaks. I can begin with a diagnostic: a written map of where figures are captured twice, disagree or go stale, the recurring errors written as rules, a baseline we agree on, and a plan for which connections to build first. After that I can join your existing systems into one view that shows where each number came from and how old it is, with recurring reports written from shared templates.
I can also help an organisation find where AI saves real time and set the approvals, records and limits around it, and help a founder scope a product and build it with an AI-native workflow, the way I built the Dot.Eco-system.

Where things stand
A first engagement starts by agreeing a baseline, such as the hours it takes to produce the weekly report or the gap between two systems' versions of the same figure, and the work is measured against it.

Today it holds a knowledge base for a business's questions and verified solutions, and connects the platforms around it.

Dot.Mines
A fleet and mine-operations platform I designed and built. It gives a fleet office one view of machines, production, fuel, maintenance and operator compliance, and it shows how fresh every reading is.

Dot.Central
A control-room system for a mining shift. It takes fleet facts from Dot.Mines and lets the control room plan the line-up, classify stoppages, handle alerts and hand over, without ever editing a source fact.

Dot.Doc
Recurring reports, such as production and incident reports, written from shared templates. House styles come out the same in the editor, the PDF and the Word file, with version history and an audit log that cannot be edited. I wrote the career page at the top of this site in it.

How it was built
I design the systems and build them with an AI-assisted workflow. I decide what gets built, the rules it must follow and the order changes go in, review what ships, and run it in production. Most Dot.Eco-system platforms are released only after their automated tests pass, and every change to Dot.Mines runs through more than a thousand of them.
